Debt Solutions Scotland through its parent company Invocas Group plc is a founder member of the Debt Resolution Forum (DRF). The DRF aims to promote professional principles of resolving debtors' financial problems. Each member strives to provide an excellent standard of advice to all 'consumers' which is derived from the debtors' best interests.
The DRF members seeks to identify the solution and outcome which are most compatible with the financial and personal situation of the debtor, while considering the best interests of the creditors and demonstrating that the proposal made on behalf of the debtor is reasonable and achievable.
